Join the Friends in the Rainforest tour and enjoy entry to both Kuranda Koala Gardens and Birdworld Kuranda, where you'll encounter some of Australia's most iconic wildlife.

At Kuranda Koala Gardens, you'll have the chance to see koalas doing what they do best - eating, sleeping, and looking adorable. Explore the unique wildlife exhibits featuring quokkas, freshwater crocodiles, kangaroos, wallabies, wombats, and a variety of reptiles. Take a guided walk with our Wildlife Keeper through the Nocturnal Wonders exhibit to learn about bilbies, possums, and gliders. Don't miss the Aussie Bush Collection, where marsupials and reptiles coexist in a natural habitat, and snap a photo with Kozilla on your own device for a memorable keepsake.

At Birdworld Kuranda, you'll be immersed in a lush rainforest environment, home to over 60 bird species from around the world. Look out for brilliant Amazonian macaws, cheeky rainbow lorikeets, majestic cassowaries, and many other colorful birds. You might even make a feathered friend who’ll perch on your shoulder!

All of this is conveniently located within the Kuranda Village markets, making it a perfect day of wildlife and nature exploration.
