Experience the exceptional qualities of Semillon, Shiraz, Chardonnay, and Verdelho, the grape varieties that have become synonymous with the Hunter Valley's winemaking excellence. And to add a touch of intrigue, a wine from Tulloch's museum cellar will be presented, allowing you to compare the complexity of an aged Hunter wine with the current releases.

As you sip and savour each wine, a generous local cheese & charcuterie board or gourmet vegetarian board will tantalize your taste buds, perfectly complementing the flavors and aromas in your glass. Delight in the harmonious pairing of artisanal cheeses and carefully selected cured meats, elevating your tasting experience to new heights.

To enhance your understanding and enjoyment, an individual tasting mat will be your guide. It will lead you through each wine, providing insights and information to deepen your appreciation.
